Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Since we work with international suppliers, shipping times vary depending on your location:
    • Generally, you will receive your order as quick as 5 days, or it can take as long as 30 days. This is because we work with suppliers all over the world, so we cannot guarantee shipping times, but that is why shipping is free :).

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual shipping times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow a couple business days for tracking updates to appear.
  • Some items may be shipped separately due to different supplier locations.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local authorities for details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at tuckstrends@gmail.com for assistance.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please email us at tuckstrends@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
